1-Year Limited Bat Exclusion Warranty

Bat-exclusion work performed by ENVOREX Property Services includes a 1-Year Limited Bat Exclusion Warranty. The warranty applies only to qualifying bat-entry points that were included in and repaired under the original signed exclusion scope of work. If bats re-enter through one of those covered entry points during the warranty period, ENVOREX will return to assess the covered area and complete necessary repairs at no additional charge.

The warranty does not cover the entire structure. It does not cover new entry points, or entry points that were not included in the original exclusion work. It does not cover structural movement or deterioration, remodeling or third-party work, animal damage, storm or weather damage, or other conditions outside ENVOREX's control.

Cleanup, sanitation, insulation, trapping, and additional exclusion work are not included unless specifically stated in the original signed agreement.
